• Warehouse Management Software (WMS)

• Inventory Management Software (IMS)

• Field Management Software (FMS)

• API and Accounting Integrations

• IT Infrastructure, Networking, VoIP, Security & CCTV Solutions

• Custom Software Development and Digital Systems

Services may be delivered directly or through approved partners and third-party providers.
 

3. Software Usage & White-Label Licensing

All Dynamic Bamboo software platforms are proprietary systems. Clients may be granted access or white-label rights under specific agreements.

Clients agree that:

• Software may not be resold, duplicated, or redistributed without written authorization.

• Customizations are provided according to project scope and service agreements.

• Dynamic Bamboo retains intellectual property rights unless otherwise specified in writing.
   

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requesting services or software access.

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and system access.

• Use systems in accordance with applicable laws and ethical business practices.

• Ensure that uploaded data does not violate third-party rights or regulations.
   

5. Third-Party Integrations

Dynamic Bamboo may integrate third-party platforms, APIs, or communication tools. We do not control external services and are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or performance issues caused by third-party providers.
 

6. Payments & Pricing

Pricing for services, software, or customization is provided upon request or through formal quotation.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Fees are non-refundable once services or development has commenced.

• Subscription services may renew automatically based on agreed billing terms.

• Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of services.
   

7. Data Security & Privacy

Dynamic Bamboo implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect system data. However, clients acknowledge that no digital platform can guarantee absolute security.

Clients remain responsible for maintaining backups and securing sensitive credentials where applicable.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

Dynamic Bamboo LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of business, revenue, or data caused by misuse or external factors

• Interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, hosting providers, or force majeure events

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of services provided under the applicable agreement.
 

9. Intellectual Property

All software designs, system architecture, code, branding elements, and technical solutions remain the intellectual property of Dynamic Bamboo LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing.
 

10. Service Modifications

Dynamic Bamboo reserves the right to update, modify, or improve services and software features to enhance performance, security, or operational efficiency.
 

11. Termination

Dynamic Bamboo may suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated

• Payments remain overdue

• Systems are used for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

Clients may terminate services subject to contractual notice periods.
 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws relevant to Dynamic Bamboo LLC’s operational jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
